We are hiring a Graduate Developer – Australia Only (Entry-Level / Junior) for a full-time position.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our software development team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to launch their careers in software development. You will work alongside experienced developers to design, build, test, and maintain innovative software solutions while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the development, testing, and maintenance of web and software applications, writing clean and efficient code, and participating in debugging and troubleshooting activities. You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and designers to develop new features, enhance existing applications, and ensure high-quality software delivery. You will also contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, software deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives while following software development best practices.
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies is preferred. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL, Git, REST APIs, databases, and software development methodologies such as Agile is advantageous but not required. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new technologies are essential.
