Role Description


As a Software Engineer within this Innovation Cohort, you will collaborate with a distributed team of developers, DevOps specialists, and product architects to build, optimize, and maintain software components for our core ecosystem infrastructure. This role is designed for engineers who thrive in fast-paced tech sprints and want to solve complex, real-world cross-border challenges.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate in live tech sprints to build out backend services, APIs, and automated onboarding sequences.
  • Integrate and stress-test data syncing capabilities to support our proprietary matching architectures.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and highly secure code while participating in peer code reviews and architectural discussions.
  • Rapidly prototype features for fintech infrastructure, Web3, and secure data routing use cases.
  • Document technical decisions and actively contribute to the cohort’s shared repository best practices.

  • Qualifications


    • Educational/Practical Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical, hands-on portfolio experience.
    • Core Engineering: Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and modular software engineering principles.
    • Programming Proficiency: Experience with at least one modern language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, Java, C#).
    • Backend & APIs: Proven ability to build/integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs, handle database operations, and work with server-side frameworks.
    • Ecosystem Tools: Familiarity with Git workflows, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) is highly beneficial.
    • Mindset: A strong interest in fintech infrastructure, global supply chains, Web3, or algorithmic matching systems.
