About The Role
We are seeking a skilled
.Net Developer Analyst to join Barclays Services Corp. in Whippany, NJ. This role is integral to the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions that support the bank’s operational and strategic objectives. As a key member of the technology team, you will be responsible for end-to-end system engineering, including requirements gathering, design, development,
testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of integrated
applications. Your expertise will help ensure the stability,
security, and performance of critical banking systems, contributing directly to the delivery of innovative financial services to our clients and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and a passion for delivering scalable, efficient, and maintainable code. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participate in

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with SQL Server, RESTful APIs, and web services integration.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience working in financial services or banking is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and continuously learn new skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements and technical standards.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Support the full testing lifecycle by designing, executing, and debugging test cases to ensure defect-free, production-ready solutions.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to facilitate team collaboration and delivery.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather, refine, and document technical and functional requirements.
- Analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, document designs, and contribute to effort estimation and planning.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting incidents, resolving queries, and ensuring system stability and performance.
- Work closely with operational SMEs to refine requirements and support application enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews, promote best practices, and share knowledge within the team.
