About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer – Developer (Mid Level or Senior) to join our Phantom Works Advanced Mission Planning team located in Berkeley, MO. This role involves supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering organization, focusing on developing cutting-edge autonomous systems. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment, ensuring the delivery of robust, innovative solutions that meet industry, safety, and regulatory standards. Your expertise will contribute to pioneering projects that extend current capabilities and open new markets in defense and aerospace sectors. Qualifications

A minimum of five years of software engineering experience is required, with at least three years of hands-on experience in C++ programming. Experience in autonomy and robotics software techniques, real-time software development, and Agile methodologies is essential. Preferred qualifications include active security clearance, experience with mission systems architectures, electromagnetic warfare, radar, simulation development, and familiarity with software development tools such as JIRA, GIT, and Jenkins. Candidates with a strong background in system architecture, open mission systems, and command and control interfaces will be highly regarded.
