Role Description This is a full-time remote Software Engineer role, focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, implementing back-end services and APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into robust features. The Software Engineer will participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve bugs, optimize performance, and contribute to architectural decisions. The role also involves working with modern development tools, following best practices, and continuously improving processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming using one or more modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
