• Build and maintain web applications (frontend & backend/API)
• Design and optimize databases for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, and ensure high code quality
• Apply best practices, modern technologies, and security standards
• Maintain clear and structured technical documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Experience in backend development (Node.js / Java / Python) and RESTful APIs
• Familiar with authentication & authorization (JWT, RBAC)
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle), Git, CI/CD, and Docker
• Good understanding of testing, secure coding (OWASP), and production issue handling
• Bonus: experience with Linux, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), or financial services.
