Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications, including our GRC Portal, proprietary Risk Management (CRM) Framework, AI-powered and decentralized audit platforms, Leave Management System, and cybersecurity automation tools.

The ideal candidate will possess strong full stack development capabilities along with a foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and intelligent automation technologies. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to next-generation cybersecurity platforms, predictive analytics solutions, blockchain-based audit initiatives, and AI-driven business automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end services using modern development frameworks and technologies.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
• Develop, optimize, and manage SQL and NoSQL databases with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Build automation solutions for GRC audits, cybersecurity testing, compliance monitoring, and business processes.
• Design and implement AI/ML-powered solutions to automate cybersecurity, risk management, audit, and operational workflows.
• Develop and integrate machine learning models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, risk assessment, and intelligent decision support.
• Contribute to Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) initiatives to enhance enterprise applications and business automation.
• Participate in the development of blockchain-based and decentralized audit platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative AI/ML use cases.
• Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI/ML models to ensure accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and support deployment activities.
• Follow secure coding practices and contribute to software architecture and technology decisions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Full Stack Web Development.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React.js.
• Experience with Node.js or similar back-end technologies.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and data analytics concepts.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of machine learning model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and MLOps practices.
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation solutions will be an advantage.
• Understanding of application security principles and secure software development practices.
• Knowledge of blockchain technologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and cybersecurity best practices will be an advantage.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
