The work and what makes it matter
You will take ownership across production systems, deployment paths, data flows, observability, and incident response. A typical week may move between translate requirements into maintainable technical work, debug issues across relevant application, data, or infrastructure layers, reviewing quality, reliability, and edge cases before release, and coordinating with product, design, QA, or operations as needed. At this level, the expectation is smaller scoped tasks, learning the operating context, following established standards, asking for review, and building confidence through consistent delivery. The work matters because reliability problems rarely arrive as one obvious failure; they surface through weak signals that need disciplined diagnosis and timely action.
What you'll bring
You bring 0–1 years of hands-on experience and a working command of Security, Runbooks, Docker, Model Monitoring, and Deployment Automation. You can diagnose failures, make sensible trade-offs between reliability, latency, cost, and delivery speed, and explain decisions clearly. This calls for foundational understanding, willingness to learn, careful execution, clear communication, and readiness to improve through feedback. High School is the minimum education requirement. The role requires english (Professional).
What success looks like
By 90 days: understand the architecture, deployment path, data dependencies, and monitoring surface, complete guided work reliably, and use review feedback well
By 6 months: handle repeatable parts of a defined service, pipeline, model, or technical workstream with fewer corrections and surface blockers early
By year 1: be trusted with well-scoped responsibilities and contribute to production reliability, engineering standards, and the team's ability to prevent recurring issues
