Role Description The Full-Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications and internal systems that support Mellat Group’s business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and optimizing backend services and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable code. The role involves collaborating closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and other technical team members to translate requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and improve existing platforms. The developer will participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and deployment processes, while continuously enhancing system performance and user experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Erbil.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework such as React, Vue, or Angular) and responsive UI development skills.
• Experience with back-end development (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar), RESTful APIs, and server-side logic implementation.
• Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB) and data modeling.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and version control systems (e.g., Git), plus familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and testing frameworks for both front-end and back-end code.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and work effectively in an on-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in enterprise or multi-company environments and familiarity with the regional business context in Iraq or the Middle East is a plus.
