Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a No-Code Developer at TIG Info Services Pvt Ltd. The No-Code Developer will design, build, and maintain applications and workflows using no-code and low-code platforms to support restaurant operations, reporting, and internal processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, mapping business processes, and translating them into automated workflows, dashboards, and forms. The role involves integrating various tools and data sources, configuring APIs or connectors as needed, and testing solutions for reliability and usability. The No-Code Developer will also document solutions, provide user training and support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve digital tools and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science to understand data structures, logic, and system behavior, even when using no-code tools.
• Skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development concepts to help design scalable, secure, and maintainable workflows and integrations.
• Experience with Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to interpret technical documentation, APIs, and extend no-code solutions when needed.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Airtable, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Bubble, Power Apps, or similar) and their best practices.
• Ability to analyze and document business processes, translate requirements into technical workflows, and prioritize tasks independently in a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with data (spreadsheets, basic databases, reporting tools) and understanding of basic security and privacy practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; experience in restaurant, retail, or franchise operations is a plus.
