Role Description

We are seeking a versatile and analytical Full Stack Developer / Business Analyst to bridge the gap between technical development and business strategy. This role combines software engineering expertise with business analysis capabilities to deliver scalable digital solutions that align with organizational goals and user needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications across the full technology stack while also gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to ensure that business objectives are clearly understood and effectively implemented in technical solutions.

On the development side, you will build responsive frontend interfaces, design and implement backend services, manage databases, and develop APIs to support robust and scalable applications. You will contribute to system architecture, write clean and efficient code, and ensure application performance, security, and reliability.

On the business analysis side, you will conduct requirement gathering sessions, analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document functional and technical requirements. You will support solution design, create workflow diagrams, and help ensure that delivered products meet business expectations.

Key responsibilities include developing full stack applications, translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting system testing and validation, analyzing data and performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. You will also assist in optimizing processes and improving system efficiency through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks).
