Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Bali, Indonesia. The Web Developer will build, maintain, and optimize company websites and web applications that showcase the villa portfolio and support online bookings. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive front-end interfaces, developing secure and scalable back-end functionality, integrating third-party services such as payment gateways and booking engines, and ensuring high site performance and reliability. The role also involves collaborating with designers, marketing, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving user experience for travelers and partners.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Web Development and Programming skills for building and maintaining robust websites and web applications.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills to create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills to manage server-side logic, databases, integrations, and application security.
• Experience with modern web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, RESTful APIs, relational or NoSQL databases) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and communicate technical concepts clearly is important.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sector and comfort working in an international environment in Bali are a plus.
