We are building a bespoke enterprise operations platform from the ground up and we are looking for a Full Stack Developer to help shape it.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will work directly with executive stakeholders and technical leadership to ship mission critical modules: effort estimation, timesheet, and lease tracking, executive analytics, and integrations with Sage, Shireburn payroll and Autodesk Construction Cloud. You will also get to build AI-driven features, automated document generation and natural language querying, into a live product, not a prototype.

No legacy baggage, no layers of sign-off. If you like owning architecture decisions and seeing you work in production the same week. you will enjoy this.

Key Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end responsive web apps and REST APIs in Python (FastAPI / Django) and /or NET Core, with React, JavaScript and TypeScript on the front end,
• Own the data layer: design and optimise PostgreSQL / SQL Server schemas - clean migrations, complex queries, ORM models that perform under load.
• Connect the ecosystem: secure, resilient API connectors and web hook listeners for Sage, Shireburn, Dropbox and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Forge).
• Ship AI features: integrate LLM API's (Gemini, Claude) and server side rendering libraries to auto-generate executive decks and Excel reports.
• Keep it shippable maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), write unit, integration and end-to-end tests, and run containerised deployments (Docker) across staging and production.
• Work with the business turn operational requirements into working features fast, without piling up technical dept.
